Shipments are made nationwide via Guatex. International service will be available soon.
Who covers the shipping cost?
The price already includes shipping within Guatemala. You can also choose to pick up your purchase directly at the Prodetur offices.
Can I track my order?
Yes, when you ship your package, you will receive a tracking number to monitor it.

Are the products exactly the same as the photos?
Not necessarily. Our products are handcrafted , so they may show slight variations in color, shape, or size. This makes each piece unique and special .
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Neonet, with Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards .
Can I return a product?
Because these are handmade products, we do not accept returns , except in cases of serious defects or errors in shipping.

Currently, we only ship within Guatemala. We are working to bring our products to countries outside of Guatemala.
